Privacy Policy

Tilt Road is an Apple Watch game with an iPhone companion. The developer does not collect personal information through the app, sell it, or use it for tracking. No game account is required.

Data Collection

The app does not collect names, email addresses, location data, contacts, photos, identifiers, or usage analytics.

Motion Data

Tilt Road uses Apple Watch motion sensor readings while a run is active so the car can steer left and right. Motion readings are processed on device, are not stored, and are not transmitted anywhere.

Tracking, Ads, and Analytics

The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or third-party SDKs.

iCloud Sync

Tilt Road saves your top 10 scores, up to 50 recent scores, score timestamps, and your selected car color on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple syncs this game data between devices using the same Apple Account through iCloud key-value storage. The developer cannot access your iCloud game data. Gameplay works without iCloud.

Retention and Deletion

Saved game data remains until replaced by newer runs or reset. Open Privacy in either app and choose Reset Saved Game to clear saved scores and restore the default car color on that device and in the app's iCloud store. Other devices receive the reset when iCloud syncs; an offline device may still have older data. Uninstalling removes local app data but does not by itself clear iCloud data. Motion readings are never retained.

Sharing and Website

Sharing a score opens the system share sheet. Only the content you choose to share is sent to your chosen recipient or service, under that service's privacy policy. Opening our website uses your browser and is subject to the website host's privacy practices. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages; see GitHub's privacy statement.

Children's Privacy

The app's privacy practices are the same for all players, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
